Mandatory equipment

Mandatory equipment for participants:

1. Backpack, drinking vest, running belt or similar where you can carry all the mandatory equipment
2. Windproof jacket
3. Emergency blanket (At least 200 cm x 100 cm)
4. Flask, cup or similar to recieve water on the aid stations (limited amount of cups)
5. Mobile phone (fully charged)

Any additions may come depending on the weather forecast
