Mandatory equipment for participants:

1. Backpack, drinking vest or similar where you can carry the mandatory equipment
2. Windproof jacket
3. Soft flask, cup or similar to carry water between the aid stations
4. Mobile phone (fully charged)
5. Shoes with good grip!
6. Emergency blanket
